Meet Lisa Moore
Lisa Moore founded Fit For Moore in 2006, after the birth of her first daughter and found the Athena Network in Haywards Heath a few years later.
Having heard all about ‘networking’ and being told it was something that you must do when you run your own business, Lisa was pleasantly surprised that joining a networking group was not only helpful, but also great fun too.
Fast forward to 2019 and Lisa had the opportunity to invest in her own Athena Franchise and is now the Regional Director for East & Mid Sussex.
Having worked in the Corporate World for 16 years and then creating her won business Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge, insight and personal experiences to her role as Regional Director.
At Fit For Moore I work predominantly with women who are searching for something to help them feel better about themselves, physically, mentally and emotionally.
As an experienced Life Coach and Personal Trainer I help them find their inner confidence, strength and motivation.
They skills also help me in my role as Regional Director at Athena and one of the things I love the most is watching my members develop and grow.’
Lisa is also a member of Toastmasters International and is an experienced Public Speaker and loves to help new members who may feel nervous about delivering their monthly minutes become confident and excited about presenting.
The Mid Sussex region is a vibrant area close to the South Downs, Gatwick Airport and the Ashdown Forest.
We get together informally at least once a month, together with our formal monthly online meetings, so there are plenty of opportunities to see each other face-to-face as well as online.
GROUP INFORMATION
I proudly manage two territories; East Chilterns and South West Hertfordshire.
The Amersham and Beaconsfield groups in East Chilterns were the first two groups launched in The Athena Network (October 2005) and are still managed personally by me. The Watford group in South West Hertfordshire was launched six months after.
All of them are popular, dynamic and vibrant groups where you can be assured of excellent business connections, to meet local business women and step out of the isolation so many female entrepreneurs can feel.
All of the members pride themselves on the strategic connections that they have created, collaborating with each other to create new projects and services.
Amersham meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 12 – 2pm (excluding August & December).
Beaconsfield meets on the 1st Thursday of the month from 12 – 2pm (excluding August & December).
Watford meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 12 – 2pm (excluding August & December).

Membership is only £565 per annum*.
We can provide a payment plan that would include an upfront payment of £325 and a monthly subscription of £20.

Membership of The Athena Network will give you access to all of our membership benefits including PASS+ which means that you can currently attend 150+ meetings (at no additional cost), Cappuccino Connections (informal networking), an extensive training portfolio and all the connections within our network.

PASS+ IS YOUR GATEWAY TO ALL OF OUR MEETINGS
PASS+ gives you FREE access to an Athena meeting, there are no additional fees to be paid and this is another benefit of membership. You are encouraged to visit as many other meetings as you have time for (please ensure that you have sufficient time to follow up from your meetings).
We have launched in Australia, Denmark and Singapore and more International group launches are planned. What that means is you will also have access to those meetings. You could say that we have meetings 24/7. If the time zones work for you then your options are UNLIMITED.
ALL of this is included in your annual membership. Our usual meeting guidelines apply, which means there will be no professional clashes at the meetings, and the Regional Director/Ambassador will manage the dynamics of the mix of industries to ensure that everyone attending has an outstanding experience.
