Meet Helen Burton-Care
Hello and thank you for being here. My name is Helen Burton-Care and I am the Regional Director for Maidenhead, Marlow and High Wycombe.
With 18 years of experience in the luxury corporate world, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role as Athena Regional Director for Maidenhead, Marlow and High Wycombe. My professional journey has encompassed key positions in Global Training, Retail Management, and Retail Operations, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and leadership with the focus always being centred around customer experience and people.
Today, I leverage this extensive background in my own coaching business, The Care Method, where I specialize in helping individuals overcome confidence issues and manage overwhelm. My approach is holistic, addressing both professional and personal aspects of my clients’ lives to achieve personal growth, success and wellbeing.
As your Athena Regional Director, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment for women in business. My role focuses heavily on facilitating high-quality training and development opportunities whilst making meaningful and effective connections. Drawing from my background in Global Training, my aim is to deliver meetings to enhance our members’ skills in leadership, business strategy, and personal development. My unique blend of corporate experience and coaching expertise allows me to provide valuable insights and practical training that helps our members navigate challenges and seize opportunities in their professional journeys whilst building long-term connections that drive authentic referrals and increased opportunities.
I look forward to connecting with you and contributing to the growth and success of our Athena community in Maidenhead, Marlow and High Wycombe through targeted training initiatives and supportive networking with an added focus on wellbeing.

I am the Regional Director of Maidenhead, Marlow & High Wycombe.
I host a dynamic and vibrant group in Maidenhead where you can be assured of excellent business connections, to meet local business women and step out of the isolation so many female entrepreneurs can feel. It is supportive, business growth driving, and uplifting.
All of the members pride themselves on the strategic connections that they have created, collaborating with each other to create new projects and services.
The Maidenhead group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 12 – 2pm (excluding August & December).

PASS+ IS YOUR GATEWAY TO ALL OF OUR MEETINGS
PASS+ gives you FREE access to an Athena meeting, there are no additional fees to be paid and this is another benefit of membership. You are encouraged to visit as many other meetings as you have time for (please ensure that you have sufficient time to follow up from your meetings).
We have launched in Singapore and more International group launches are planned. What that means is you will also have access to those meetings. You could say that we have meetings 24/7. If the time zones work for you then your options are UNLIMITED.
ALL of this is included in your annual membership. Our usual meeting guidelines apply, which means there will be no professional clashes at the meetings, and the Regional Director/Ambassador will manage the dynamics of the mix of industries to ensure that everyone attending has an outstanding experience.
