Meet Sheila Bennett
Hello! I’m Sheila, and I run our West London network.
Networking has opened countless doors for me since starting my first business. It catapulted my confidence in those early years, and has connected me with the clients, collaborations and friendships that form such a crucial part of thriving in business.
Seeking out networks that are both professional, business-minded women and warm, welcoming communities, I first joined Athena as a member.
I made the leap to Regional Director in 2021 and have loved hosting the meetings and membership in West London ever since.
We bring together a diverse range of women in business across Chiswick, Ealing, Acton, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Barnes and East Sheen, all looking to grow their business in a positive and enriching way. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the success, friendships and connections our members forge.

HOW TO VISIT OUR WEST LONDON GROUPS
The West London Region is made up of two fantastic groups, welcoming members from across the whole region.
They are popular, dynamic and vibrant memberships, where you can be assured of excellent business connections. You’ll meet local women in business and step out of the isolation so many female entrepreneurs can feel.
All of our members pride themselves on the strategic connections they have created. The focus is on members collaborating with each other for new levels of satisfaction and success in business.
Monthly Meeting Dates
Chiswick group meets online on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 12pm – 2pm.
Hammersmith group meets online on the 4th Thursday of each month from 12pm – 2pm.

Membership of The Athena Network will give you access to all of our membership benefits including PASS+ which means that you can currently attend 150+ meetings (at no additional cost), Cappuccino Connections (informal networking), an extensive training portfolio, large national events quarterly and all the connections within our network.

PASS+ IS YOUR GATEWAY TO ALL OF OUR MEETINGS
PASS+ gives you FREE access to an Athena meeting, there are no additional fees to be paid and this is another benefit of membership. You are encouraged to visit as many other meetings as you have time for (please ensure that you have sufficient time to follow up from your meetings).
We have launched in Singapore and more International group launches are planned. What that means is you will also have access to those meetings. You could say that we have meetings 24/7. If the time zones work for you then your options are UNLIMITED.
ALL of this is included in your annual membership. Our usual meeting guidelines apply, which means there will be no professional clashes at the meetings, and the Regional Director/Ambassador will manage the dynamics of the mix of industries to ensure that everyone attending has an outstanding experience.
