After a 15-year career in the financial sector, I have run networking groups in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire for a number of years after shifting my focus from corporate life to my own business success and my family. I LOVE being a connector and introducer for those looking for each other’s services and building networking confidence in others. Personal development and connecting with like-minded people were key to my success in my businesses. We are the average of the 5 people we spend most time with and as one of my members says "Athena ups your average"! One of my favourite quotes, from Henry Ford, is “Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can’t, you’re right” and I actively help fellow entrepreneurs to appreciate that they already have in them what they need to succeed and that what has happened previously is not what matters, but what they choose to do now. Everyone is entitled to greatness, and everyone has something of value to share.

This months Business Development Speaker…
On Wednesday 19th July, Agnes Agocs, Interior Designer of Agnes Agocs Interior Designer, will be our Business Development Speaker.
The title of her talk is ‘Your work space that promotes creativity, productivity and wellbeing.’
Agnes says: “I am an interior designer and renovation consultant helping people live better lives in better homes, giving them a helping hand to navigate the whole process of renovating their home.”
Agnes will show us the basic rules of a comfortable and nice work station that are often overlooked and some additional extra tips that make you not want to leave your desk!
