THE ATHENA NETWORK SOUTH WALES GROUP MEETING DETAILS
Welcome to the Athena South Wales women’s networking group meeting page.
If you are a business woman in South Wales, Swansea, Cardiff, South Gower, Carmarthenshire, Cwmdu, Mumbles, Neath, Port Talbot (and surrounding areas) I know that you will want to find out more before you attend one of our meetings so I’ve provided meeting dates and times as well as a list of current members and their professions.
Athena South Wales is a popular, dynamic, and vibrant women’s networking group where you can be assured of excellent business connections. Meet local businesswomen and step out of the isolation so many female entrepreneurs can feel.
The South Wales members pride themselves on the strategic connections that they have created, collaborating with each other to create new projects and services.
This group meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 12 – 2 pm (excluding August & December). Below you’ll find details of our current members and their professions, including how you can get in touch with them.

Membership is only £585 per annum*.
We can provide a payment plan, please discuss this with me.
*NOTE: You are committing to a 12-month membership.
Membership of The Athena Network will give you access to all of our membership benefits including PASS+ which means that you can currently attend 150+ meetings (at no additional cost), Cappuccino Connections (informal networking), an extensive training portfolio and all the connections within our network.

This month’s guest speaker is the fabulous Alessandra Amico-Jones. Alessandra will be talking about ‘How EFT Tapping can help you calm your nerves before Public Speaking’.
Alessandra will explain what EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is, where it comes from, and how it can help you reduce anxiety and boost your confidence before any speaking event.
What to expect:
- A breakdown of EFT and its benefits
- How it works to calm your nerves before public speaking
- A live EFT tapping session where you’ll learn practical techniques to use immediately
ABOUT ALESSANDRA
Alessandra Amico-Jones is a Fully Accredited and Certified EFT Practitioner, Award Winner (UK Start-Up Award 2024 Finalist) and Author of the Children’s book “The Magic within You”.
With her expertise and compassion, Alessandra guides her clients to Acknowledge the parts of their lives that have been “heavy”, to Accept them and to Release them, so that their “yesterday” will not affect their “tomorrow”.
