    This months Business Development Speaker…

    Laura is a hypnotherapist and a mindfulness meditation teacher. Passionate about the mind and how powerful it is, Laura works with people who struggle with anxiety, stress or overwhelm because they feel held back by a lack of confidence in themselves or trapped feeling self-conscious while all they want is to be themselves and dare to do what they really want to do.
    In this talk she will explain why pushing through change is not the right strategy and instead what is a good strategy to follow to finally change and feel free from that limiting critical inner chatter.
