This months Business Development Speaker…
Do you hold back from being visible, waiting to feel “ready” first? Learn why that happens, from this month’s speaker – rapid transformation therapist, Cathy Hargreaves. Imposter syndrome isn’t a flaw, it’s your mind trying to keep you safe using outdated beliefs. Once you see it that way, you can stop fighting yourself — and start building the real confidence, clarity, and visibility your business needs.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- What imposter syndrome actually is (and why it’s a response, not a flaw)
- Why it shows up — the safety-seeking role your mind plays
- 3 tried-and-tested tools to quiet the imposter voice
About Cathy: Cathy Hargreaves is a Rapid Transformational Therapist and Subconscious Mind Specialist, helping people clear inner blocks, rewire beliefs, and access calm clarity in life and business. She’s Regional Director for Athena Swindon, and can’t wait to host her in West London.
