I’m Chelle, Regional Director & business owner of Athena Bristol, part of The Athena Network, a national community founded by Jacqueline Rogers that has been bringing women in business together for over 20 years.
My role isn’t simply to run networking meetings.
It’s to build a business community where women genuinely want to see one another succeed.
Because whilst every business is different, the conversations often aren’t.

Alongside Athena, I also run FlameLily Consultancy, working 1:1 with established women in business who are ready for what’s next. So I don’t just understand the realities of running a business…I live them every day.
Before that, I spent almost 30 years in corporate banking, leading change, supporting people, managing risk & making decisions where there wasn’t always a clear answer.
It’s why I believe the best networking isn’t about collecting contacts.
It’s about finding people who challenge your thinking, celebrate your wins, support you through the wobbles & naturally recommend you because they know you, trust you & genuinely believe in what you do.

PASS+ gives you FREE access to an Athena meeting, there are no additional fees to be paid and this is another benefit of membership. You are encouraged to visit as many other meetings as you have time for (please ensure that you have sufficient time to follow up from your meetings).
We have launched in Singapore and more International group launches are planned. What that means is you will also have access to those meetings. You could say that we have meetings 24/7. If the time zones work for you then your options are UNLIMITED.
ALL of this is included in your annual membership. Our usual meeting guidelines apply, which means there will be no professional clashes at the meetings, and the Regional Director/Ambassador will manage the dynamics of the mix of industries to ensure that everyone attending has an outstanding experience.
