Meet Gayle – Your Regional Director for Northern Ireland East
With more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership and Director-level roles within the Financial Services industry, Gayle McVea knows what it takes to lead high-performing teams and navigate complex business landscapes.
In 2024, Gayle made a courageous leap; leaving behind the security of corporate life to follow her passion for empowering others through leadership and personal development. Now training towards dual Diplomas in Professional Life Coaching and Corporate & Executive Coaching, she plans to launch her own coaching practice by the autumn.
Her journey took a transformative turn when she discovered The Athena Network. A chance connection with UK Franchise Sales Director, Lindsay McLoughlin, and a single webinar was all it took. Gayle immediately felt at home. The energy, values, and mission of Athena resonated deeply with her commitment to inclusive leadership and her belief that women thrive when they lift one another.

HOW TO ATTEND THE LAUNCH OF ATHENA BELFAST
Gayle will be launching the first group in Northern Ireland East on 18th September 2025. The launch meeting will be hosted online from 12 – 2pm (UK).

Membership of The Athena Network will give you access to all of our membership benefits including PASS+ which means that you can currently attend 150+ meetings (at no additional cost), Cappuccino Connections (informal networking), an extensive training portfolio, large national events quarterly and all the connections within our network.
If you choose to pay by monthly instalments, you are still committing to a full 12-month Athena membership. The payment plan is simply a convenient way to spread the cost of the annual membership fee. The full annual fee remains payable in its entirety, and membership is non-refundable once commenced.

PASS+ gives you FREE access to an Athena meeting, there are no additional fees to be paid and this is another benefit of membership. You are encouraged to visit as many other meetings as you have time for (please ensure that you have sufficient time to follow up from your meetings).
We have launched in Singapore and more International group launches are planned. What that means is you will also have access to those meetings. You could say that we have meetings 24/7. If the time zones work for you then your options are UNLIMITED.
ALL of this is included in your annual membership. Our usual meeting guidelines apply, which means there will be no professional clashes at the meetings, and the Regional Director/Ambassador will manage the dynamics of the mix of industries to ensure that everyone attending has an outstanding experience.
