Meet Michele Kruse
After a long and varied career in the corporate world, where I led sales teams and managed companies, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey nearly 20 years ago by launching my business Bluestreak Performance. My focus is on developing leaders, salespeople, and teams through facilitation, coaching or consulting.
As an Insights Distributor, Reinvention and DISC practitioner, I use a mix of tools to tailor a bespoke journey for my clients, making sure I incorporate your business’s unique methods, processes, and values. This way, we address exactly what you need, ensuring growth and development right where it counts. My goal is to create learning programs that empower you and your team to tell your story with clarity, confidence, and impact.
My focus and passion is always on working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and, most significantly, women. Winning the Small Business Sales Leadership Coach of the year 2024 UK, has been a wonderful addition to my career.
Empowering women has been a cornerstone of my learning and business involvement. There is an African proverb that says, “If you educate a man, you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman, you educate a family (nation).” This proverb resonates deeply with the spirit of my work over the past two decades. Women are pivotal in fostering community growth, driving economic progress, and nurturing future generations. When women are empowered, they uplift entire communities, creating a ripple effect of positive change that transcends individual success.
By developing women’s leadership and business skills, we unlock their potential to innovate, lead, and inspire. Women bring unique perspectives and approaches to business, often focusing on collaboration, empathy, and sustainability. By supporting women in their entrepreneurial endeavours, we not only foster individual success but also contribute to building a more inclusive and diverse business landscape.

PASS+ gives you FREE access to an Athena meeting, there are no additional fees to be paid and this is another benefit of membership. You are encouraged to visit as many other meetings as you have time for (please ensure that you have sufficient time to follow up from your meetings).
We have launched in Singapore, Ireland and France. What that means is you will also have access to those meetings. You could say that we have meetings 24/7. If the time zones work for you then your options are UNLIMITED.
ALL of this is included in your annual membership. Our usual meeting guidelines apply, which means there will be no professional clashes at the meetings, and the Regional Director/Ambassador will manage the dynamics of the mix of industries to ensure that everyone attending has an outstanding experience.
